You may use our $10.00/$20.00 flat-rate return shipping label (which will be deducted from your refund), or you may choose to return the item on your own.

If you use your own shipping method, the return shipping cost will not be deducted from your refund.

Important: For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
