At Cherokee of California, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of your shipment date.

Return Shipping Options:

Flat-Rate Return Shipping – We offer a $10.00 return shipping label, deducted from your refund.

Exchanges – A $20.00 return shipping label fee applies and will be billed to you, along with any applicable price differences.

Use Your Own Shipping Method – You may ship the item back at your own expense. Please keep your shipping receipt as proof of return.
Restocking Fee: If returning 2 or more pairs of shoes, a $5.00 restocking fee per pair will apply.

Items discounted 20% or more or marked with slashed pricing are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

You will be notified via email if an item is a pre-order, with an estimated in-stock or delivery date provided.

Full payment is required at the time of order to secure your purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified if it has been approved or rejected.

Non-refundable fees: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Use our $10.00 (returns) or $20.00 (exchanges) flat-rate label, or ship the item on your own.

For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Our size chart on each product page provides common conversion between US and EU sizing. Our shoes are true to size, but a helpful hint is that it might be necessary to size up if you are between sizes. For example, if you typically find a 7.5 more comfortable than a 7, we suggest choosing 7.5-8 US / 38 EU.
