HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE WILL FIT ME BEST?
Our size chart on each product page provides common conversion between US and EU sizing. Our shoes are true to size, but a helpful hint is that it might be necessary to size up if you are between sizes. For example, if you typically find a 7.5 more comfortable than a 7, we suggest choosing 7.5-8 US / 38 EU. RETURN POLICY
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for orders that meet the following criteria:
Items must be returned in their original condition (will not accept damaged, altered, or worn) and must include all original packaging, box and dust bag.
Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
Returns and exchanges must include a copy of the order’s receipt.
The following conditions also apply:
Items marked "Final Sale" may only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Items purchased from other retail partners are not eligible for returns.
